Cereal Box Crafts For Kids

Most every kid enjoys eating cereal which means you should have plenty of access to empty cereal boxes.  Instead of just throwing them out, use them to keep your kids busy with a fun craft project.

There are all kinds of creative things that can be done with the boxes that can be enjoyed long after the craft project is complete.

Here is a round up of some of the ones that will be the most likely to keep your kids entertained the longest!

1.  Cereal Box Village by Dinner A Love Story:

A village of houses made from cereal boxes and paint!  This is sure to keep the kids busy for a long period of time.  They could even add some miniature toy people, that they probably have from other toys, to come live in and work in the village.

2.  Cereal Box Snowman by Kaboose:

This cute snowman is super easy to make and it won't even melt!

3.  Cereal Box Monsters by She Knows:

Here is a fun project for Halloween.  Kids love making scary things and will have a good time with this one.

4.  Cardboard Box Castle by Family Fun:

A castle like this can use a variety of different sized cardboard boxes, including cereal boxes.  Kids will have as much fun constructing this masterpiece as they will have playing with it afterwards.

5.  Cereal Box Globes by Plum Pudding:

Finally, I can see kids tossing these around when they are done constructing them but they look so cool just setting out as some fun decor.

Happy Crafting!
